If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

AYNA is a mobile application dedicated to Muslim spiritual guidance, offering:

• Spiritual assistance via artificial intelligence
• Dhikr and meditation tools
• Access to the Quran and the 99 Names of Allah
• Personal spiritual journal
• Sharing community (optional)

3. Access and Registration

3.1 Guest Access

Some application features are accessible without registration (guest mode).

3.2 User Account

To access all features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• A username (optional)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Spiritual Content

Important: Spiritual content provided by AYNA is for informational and guidance purposes only.

• Non-medical: AYNA does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Non-therapeutic: The application does not replace professional medical or psychological treatment
• Religious guidance: For complex questions, we recommend consulting an imam or qualified scholar
• Personal responsibility: Use of the application is at your own risk

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• AYNA is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application
• We are not responsible for content generated by the AI assistant, which is provided for informational purposes only

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:

• Violation of these terms of use
• Inappropriate, abusive, or malicious behavior
• Use of the application for illegal purposes
• Manipulation or attempt to compromise application security

7. Intellectual Property

All AYNA application content (code, design, texts, images) is protected by intellectual property rights.

You are not authorized to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application source code
• Use content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application

8. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the application, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time.

Modifications will be communicated in the application. Your continued use of the application after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account and stop using the application at any time via the application settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in accordance with Section 6.
